Short workout burns lots of calories

 

 It’s the new year, how about a new you? Work out in 4 minutes!

After doing bootcamp I don’t want to lose my strength. I think this workout might work on those days I can’t seem to get in a longer one.

  1. Okay, I did this video today and I am going to do it everyday until my triathlon in April along with my other training. Dear Lord, I thought I was going to die! Man oh man! Put it on my Kindle Fire so I can carry it with me. My son said to do it when I wake up and before I go to bed. Maybe after a week!

    1. Collen, good for you! Twice a day???? I don’t know if I could do that. Good idea adding it to your kindle. I think I’ll put it on my ipad.

  3. Hi, I just watched the 4-minute workout video and it is great. I’m training for my second triathlon this April and this will be a great workout to add to my training for cardio. Thanks for sharing.

  4. I am trying to get back into an exercise routine after messing up my knee while doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. I’m back to just walking for now. I got tired just watching this video. I hope to be able to do this video before summer’s end!

  5. I use T-Tapp. I feel like I just went to the Chiropractor when I am finished. I feel wonderful. Keeping in shape is good for your back and your attitude. Nice post.
