Creative Space Thursday–The letter S

No video this week! That is so stressful to make. I do not like being on camera, although my mom says when I was younger keeping me out of the camera was impossible. Things change, Mom.

This week I did towels for my aunt and uncle who just had their 50th anniversary. I figure anyone married that long probably needs new towels. The towels are white but the light in my sewing room makes them look a bit ‘dirty’ they aren’t!

My new threads dvds came and I’ve been watching them. The reviews on them haven’t been great but I think maybe for someone just starting to learn how to alter a pattern they are good. I’ve learned a few things already.

My next project is covering pizza boxes! I saw a video on youtube and thought I have to try that. Next week I’ll show you how they turn out–if they do! I want them to store quilt blocks as I make them.

On the writing note–still no cover to show. I’ve been working on a manuscript this week. Every time I think I’m finished with this one I think of something that can be better. It’s amazing how many times you can write one sentence.

I’ve renewed my interest in getting healthy and am doing more with if you are on there I’m pencildancer. Look me up and friend me!
