Makin’ Salsa GF and EASY
- 1 can original rotel
- 1 can mild rotel
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Fresh cilantro to taste. ( I use 1/2 of the bunch of cilantro)
- Put it all in food processor until it is the consistency that you want.
- Makes about 45 oz.
- Store in the fridge.
