Do you love stories that whisk you away to the 1800s or bring you into the present day, always with a touch of romance? Me too! Life can be full of unexpected twists, and I’ve found joy in creating stories where happy endings are the norm. It’s my escape, and I’d love to bring you along for the journey.
I was born in Missouri and now call Illinois home. Living in a place with four distinct seasons reminds me that life is much the same—constant change, often without warning.
You’ve probably experienced it yourself: one day, you have everything planned out, and then a single phone call changes everything. Maybe it’s joyful—like news of a promotion or a dream move. Or maybe it’s heartbreaking—a child in trouble or a loved one needing care.
Whatever your season, I believe reading can be a gift. It’s my go-to whenever life feels overwhelming, my to-do list looms, or I just need to recharge. Writing and reading Christian historical and contemporary romances allow me to step into a world where hope and faith prevail.
Even in the most challenging times, a good story can remind us that God is always in control. When I write, I put my characters through struggles and heartbreaks, but they always find hope—and so can we. If God can work things out for fictional characters, just imagine what He’s doing in our real lives. He cares deeply for you!
