Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!!

Posted on August 8, 2010 by Diana Brandmeyer

I was skeptical when I bought this box of cookie mix made by King Arthur Flour.

I wanted chocolate chip cookies and the box is a basic mix so you can make a variety of different types of cookies. I thought I’d insure their goodness by using really good chocolate chips.

Amazing! They even look like the real thing when it’s mixed. And even better–please do not leave me comments about eating raw cookie dough. I don’t care! It tasted like Christmas!

These cookie were worthy of stacking on my grandmother’s plate. Yummy! I will make these again.

They made more than the box indicated which was fine by me.

Ooh yum! We'll have to try those. We got a frozen cookie dough that tasted like sawdust. Last night I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies because oatmeal doesn't seem to bother us. I used oat and rice flour for the regular flour but used too much butter. Still, they tasted good but were really soft.

And you can eat raw eggs if they are good organic, cage free eggs.

Oh, Praise GOD!!! I am so happy for you.

I have ALWAYS loved raw cookie dough…even after the time my cousin ate so much of it that the eggs, etc., expanded and came right back up.

    TMI, Patti. TMI.

Those look fantastic! Soft or crunchy? I'm a soft fan unless there's a big glass of very cold milk involved.
