I love this time of year, but what can I safely eat?
Holidays are always a bit scary when treats are offered and you have allergies.
For me I have a few favorites and those are the treats I want to give out at trunk-or-treat. I admit it, I snack on the candy that night too. So I love it when I find a list like the one below. Life is so much sweeter when you can eat candy and not get sick.

Jen says to be aware! Some of this candy is made in a dedicated gluten free facility and some is not. Please read the packaging to determine which candy is the most appropriate for your family. Example: Brach’s Candy Corns – these are not made with gluten-containing ingredients, however, they are made in a facility that processes wheat. You will need to decide what level of precautions your family takes when it comes to gluten. Some of you will eat candy as long as it isn’t made with wheat, barley or rye. Others need a dedicated facility.
